We take pride in building high-quality custom parts and want you to feel confident in every order. Because many of our products are made to order, please review the information below.

🎨 Custom-Built Products

Many RT Customs products are custom-built, modified, or painted specifically for your order.

For this reason, custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun.

If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help ensure you get exactly what you need.

πŸ“‹ Returns (Non-Custom Items)

For non-custom, unmodified items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit or gift card
  • If applicable, Please allow your bank provider extra time to reflect the refund.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

  • Custom-built or painted products
  • Installed or used items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

We offer replacements for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective

Once an order is marked as delivered, it is considered complete.

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible.
