  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Most RT Customs products are made to order.

  • Standard build time: 4โ€“8+ weeks (varies by product)

Each order goes through:

  • Part sourcing & inspection

  • Prep and paint process

  • Assembly and sealing

  • Final quality check

We focus on quality over speed โ€” your build is done right the first time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3โ€“7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2โ€“3 business days

  • Custom-built products: Final sale

  • Non-custom items: Eligible for return if unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping: Typically the customerโ€™s responsibility unless due to our error

It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to confirm:

  • Year, Make, and Model

  • Product options

  • Paint code or VIN (if required)

Incorrect orders cannot be returned or remade without a new purchase.
